Short version. Play Famimic with your family, keep it friendly and watch out for the coffee table.
The app
Famimic is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. You can use it on any Apple device you own or control, as the App Store rules allow.
Purchases
Any purchase is handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Playing safely
Famimic gets people jumping around. Clear the space, keep an eye on small children, and take care of yourself and your furniture. An adult should stay with young children during play.
Our content
The game, its name, Mimo, the artwork and this website belong to the developer. Fonts and sound effects are used under their own licences, listed inside the app files.
No guarantee
We provide Famimic as it is. We can't promise it works with every TV, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing here limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
